So I finally did my photo dump. I think I got like 100 favorites over the morning... it took me five hours to get all the photos up. x.x Geeze. I don't have too much to say. I went to my first convention (Megacon), thanks to !isa-koneko (https://www.deviantart.com/isa-koneko) and all of the peoples over at Anime-Zing. It was pretty awesome. I'm a bit sad I forgot my camera, but at the same time I'm glad. I was holding stuff the whole time and barely had enough patience for my own bag. Friday was ridiculous because I was up for like 28 hours. Pretty awesome though. I got Sonny Strait's autograph. He's a really awesome guy. I also nearly died of fangirl-ness from the wonderful

Ahh, so I'm sitting in the computer lab at my school right now, just chilling because I'm so burned out from the utter load of academic crap that has crammed into my head over the past two weeks. I'm so excited for Thanksgiving and then the holidays! I want to make the 2009 Christmas season the best season yet. I really miss my love, all the way in Seattle, but I'm going to try to make these holidays good anyways. I'm planning on writing lots of Christmas short stories with friends, poking characters in holiday settings, partying some, writing a story or two to send into literary journals, applying for jobs all over the place, etc etc etc...

So I'm finally back from my summer adventures in the Pacific Northwest. My time there did more for me than rebuild a broken heart... It lit up a new path in my life that I'm desperate to run down, bare feet meeting the course dirt, reading to bleed from the rocks that might jut out from the ground unseen. That path was hiding before, I think. Or maybe I just didn't notice it until I got closer. Either way, I know what I want to do now. I know where I think I should go. I'm applying for winter quarters at the University of Washing and Seattle Pacific University. Probably what people view as the stupidest thing to do at this point in my life.
